The Regional Anti-Doping Organization of Central Asia (RADOCA) is proud to announce the successful completion of the 2023 Virtual Blood Collection Officer (BCO) Training, a program designed specifically for qualified Doping Control Officers (DCOs) from our member countries.
This advanced training initiative was tailored for DCOs who have previously undergone DCO training and possess the necessary local authorization to perform blood collections for anti-doping purposes. The curriculum was developed to ensure that the BCOs are adept in the latest techniques and fully compliant with the International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI).
Key Outcomes of the 2023 BCO Training:
- Enhanced Skills: Participants are now proficient in state-of-the-art blood collection methods.
- International Compliance: Training aligns with ISTI, ensuring global standardization in sample collection.
- Support for National Anti-Doping Programs: The training empowers National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs) to efficiently carry out their Test Distribution Plans.
